I'm not the same person I was even a year ago. I come here to rant and there's just nothing. When I'm out and about with people now, I'm known as the quiet one. Which if you knew me even two years ago, I was anything but quiet. I'm tired. Everything sucks. The internet. Sleeping. Games. Being alone. Being with friends. Only thing that moves me is drinking. So that's what I do. Daily.

The mood I'm in I'm sick of music. I'm so sick of songs yelling at me. It's like "You're pissed? So am I, shut the fuck up!" I sit and stare the clouds, watching the days drift by and know the whole world is passing me by. I think about all the things I've seen and done, remember the smallest most bizarre things, I think about all the death and mayhem in this world. People dying for things I don't give one fuck about. All the times I was so close to being plucked off this fucker.

Everything I think I am or wanted to be is nothing now, just a shell of a man. It's not that I don't care anymore, it's like I've evolved past it. I'm at a point where I'm one with knowing it's almost my time to go. Will this pass like everything else? Maybe. Only time will tell. I'm in no hurry for another change. Live for today is a road that never ends. Or so I was told.

My life has been a series of stages that's coming to an end, and there's nothing in my life I would change. It's been one hell of a fucking ride. From the insane and brutal childhood, to the hell rasing teen years that lasted well in my early 20's, to my attempt at being some sort of a family man, to hitting the road with a band and living many of my sickest fanties. The person that was me back then had so much energy, I couldn't just sit still, always creating shit, big huge ass schemes to play jokes on friends, writing music, painting, just hanging out with people doing whatever the fuck we thought of that sounded fun at the moment.

Now I sit here in the dark room, all alone drinking, watching the Xmas lights blink on and off endlessly. All the fun, the hope, the life is gone. Some much weird stupid shit happens to me it's unreal. When I was younger I knew it was so, but at the time I didn't see all the good shit that came with it. Now it's just the bad. Good luck flew away a long ass time ago. Some times when I'm really wasted I come here to FX and look at the gore pics, I stare at the faces, and part of me thinks the reason all the good is gone is because I have trapped these people in the pics in their momment of release by posting their pics here.

I've always been considered a bit of a weird fucker, and I'm sure this post is just going to add fuel to the fire, but as always here at FX I try and be comepletely honest with my readers. So, that (what I spewed) and many other things is the reason there's been a lack pf ranting as of late. The government is corrupt. If you just figured that out, welcome to planet earth. The music scene has gone to comeplete shit. The net is one fucking boring page after another. People in general seem to have entered some sort of hibernation state. And I'm one of them. I was having my car serviced today, and in the waiting area at the auto-shop there was a TV showing court TV. The trial that they were covering had me laughing out loud to the dismay of the people inside the shop. They may have even charged me extra because of my behavior, but I'll get to that some other time....

The case was WI vs Darryl Flynn, a 22 year old black man accused of shooting 14 year old Demetrian Washington with a .22 rifle after someone threw a potato through his window. Apparently Mr Flynn had been having trouble with a group of teens a week leading up to the shooting. Click here to read all the information about the case... Darryl Flynn will never see this but I'd just like to say that to me he is a true fucking crime fighter. And instead of being put on trial the city of Milwaukee should be giving him a fucking parade. Hell, if he ever gets out of jail I'd just like to make a formal offer for him to be in charge of my neighborhood watch group. I know I'd sure as hell sleep better knowing that Darryl Flynn was living on my block.

"A criminal complaint alleges Flynn told detectives he first saw Demetrian and friends loitering on his porch the week before the shooting. Flynn claimed they refused to leave and one of them said, "His uncle was going to come and shoot up Darryl Flynn's house," according to the criminal complaint. The day before the shooting, Flynn claimed to see Demetrian and his friends again outside his home after a brick shattered his front window. When he asked who was responsible, "no one would admit involvement, but some of the kids made threats to shoot up his house," according to the complaint. Flynn said he reported the incident to police, but was told nothing could be done since he couldn't prove who threw the brick. The next day, as Flynn's girlfriend was getting the mail, she noticed the teens outside. As she entered the house, an object purported to be a potato broke a window in the room where the children were."

Now at this point is were I was watching the coverage on CourtTV.... One of the teen's, Dominque Barbee, 16, testified that, when Flynn confronted the group with a rifle and accused them of shattering his window, they raised their hands in surrender. He also went into how they were like yes sir and no sir, like they were all of a sudden the little rascals instead of a group of loud mouthed, 2pac, thug life little bastards running the street with more or less no parental supervision. Give me a fucking break! Demetrain might have looked like Buckwheat, but I knew Buckwheat, and Demetrian you my friend were no Buckwheat.

Does anyone really believe that these same kids that were threatening this mans life for a week, throwing bricks through his widows innocent? Fuck that. Flynn had tried to contact the kids parents, he also contacted the police who told him there wasn't shit they could do to the kids. At that point it's up to Mr Flynn to take care of the situation the best way he see's fit. The parents failed him, the police failed him, more shit comes crashing through his window, he goes outside with his gun, and you know the lil thugs didn't just stand there "please, oh please sir, don't shoot us"..... It was more like, "Yo, you fat head bitch made nigga, you bring that gun out here I'll cap that ass you fool..... etc" At this point, even the teen witness says that "poor lil inoccent" Demetrain started toward Mr Flynn. Guess what folks? Bang! Damn straight! He should have shot them all. Demetrian's last words were posted on CourtTV's site too, they were, "I love ya'll, but goddamn we're some stupid bitches".

This is the tribute these little rascals left for their fallen home boy... Hmm, I lost a few freinds growing up, and going and defacing the crime scene with graffiti would have been considered BREAKING THE FUCKING LAW! Milwaukee, you need to round all these kids up, lock them up now for life and save your city the trouble and money they're going to cause you over the next 30 years with crime and welfare.

Hello there fellow fx posters. Where to start. You meet someone they claim to love you they say they love you and then a few short hours later they shoot you. Yep bitch fucking shot me. Bullet hit my spleen and kidney and then lodged in my L1 and L2 vertebrae.

Docs said I would never walk again. Been in the hospital since the early morning hours of March 9th. After a month of being in the hospital and now being out and doing physical therapy 3 days a week I am walking again with some minor assistance.

The bitch that shot me does 5 days in jail and bails out and the trial will not be for 2 years. Speedy justice my ass. She is free to do what the fuck ever while I try to learn how to walk and piss and fuck again.

Love the justice system. Always there for you when you fucking need it. Its amazing how they will lock up people in guantonomo without a charge, but someone can try to kill you and go out and party their ass off with nothing at all done.

How backwards is this fucking country/justice system? I call the police department and raise hell and all I get is we are sorry sir there is just a huge backlog. Fucking bullshit.

Hope no one ever has to rely on these fuckers for speedy justice or trial b/c it just will not happen. Thats my 2 cent rant for all the good it will do. Thanks for indulging me. Our criminal justice system is a joke! You can murder your wife and her lover and walk away a free man if you have enough money, then take your story on day time TV talk shows and hear the chants for blood as the crowd begins to sense confrontation.

Along comes the internet, this amazing tool allows you to interact with more people in one week then you could pass walking down a crowded city street for a year. We've already been desensitized to the violence, add that with the inability or need to sit in the same room with another human being and you've got the begining of the end.

The only future I see for mankind is total annihilation. We had our chance and we've fucked up beyond repair. Some of you may look around here and say that I'm part of the problem, part of what's wrong with society today. Some would say that this web site is doing nothing but fueling the fire. This world was fucked long before I was here, so I say pour the gasoline.

There is no "fix" for this world, only a bitter end. The "main stream" frowns at the way I chose to live, yet they are creating an entire generation that is oblivious to the fact that others have a right to pursue their dreams as they see fit. Have you ever been aware of yourself? I know, you're reading that and thinking to yourself, "Holy fuck, what kind of hippy bullshit is that?", but I'm serious. Sometimes after I've turned all the the TV's off, shut down my PC and laptop, put away my MP3 players, switched off the play staion, put down whatever book or magizine I've been reading, turn off all the lights, unplug the fans, and turn off the clock radio. I lay there in bed in silence.

Of course I'm not sleepy, sleep is only for the worthy. I lay there and suffer. The ringing tones inside my head, it's so hard to explain what the ringing is like to people until recently I always had a hard time explaining it. It's simple... Have someone pull the trigger of a .45 next to your ear and try and live day in day out with that pain inside your head.

Speaking of inside the head. What voice do you hear? Do you hear a voice? Have you ever really thought about it? I mean, turn off everything, lay down in the dark and who is inside your head? Is it you? That's what I mean about being aware. You might shock yourself if you really lay there and listen.

Are they just thoughts, or is someone telling you what to do? Is it your voice that drifts about past triumphs, or is there someone else there lying to you about them?

The worst is the bad memories, all those naughty things you've done in the night. Mayhem? Murder? Is that your voice inside your head making you feel guilty? There's a point if you wait long enough that the real you will come into focus, you'll know it's you. Well, that is if you're sober enough and willing to block out all the outside bullshit that has nothing to do with you. Yeah, you can do it, it may even hurt, but fuck, remember you?

Guess what? You're not perfect. The world doesn't matter, you're out of control. You've lost yourself in all the digi - fucking - glowie - light - bright - of flickerville cyber world. The realm of death. You live in here you're dead. You've given your life so that others can enjoy their life.... Trust me.

Everyone reading this knows of someone that has said they have nothing to live for... I'm 37 and I've only met 2 or 3 people that have nothing to live for and let me tell you I feel that way.... And it's a scary fucking life. Who knows what the fuck I'm going to do next. The meds work sometimes but I'm falling apart, and this world is bullshit and I have a lot of BS I'm walking around with that's even from my childhood. As I get older I see myself fucking back, reaching out and fucking up... It seems like it's just a matter of time.

Pulling my fucking hair out that the whore that fucked the govenor of NY is now going to become famous and have lots of money forever!?!?! Are you kidding me? I'm about as straight as a man can be, but if all it took was one night...... Puke!!

You ever been so done with the bullshit that you're ready to just do it? Seriously, gun in your mouth, lining it up to make sure the maximum about of brain splatter occurs that it's goodbye forever? But at the last mintue you put the gun up and just shake it off, telling yourself next week will be better. Perhaps you line up your pills, enough to put down a horse, but then perhaps only eating half of them because it's a bit scary leaving what you know, if it's the pain that's the norm.

Pain as the norm. Seems like such a fucked up concept today when we have TV shows about rich slutty 15 year olds turning 16, and how much money their fathers are spending on them. I'm no fucking hippy, I think you should enjoy what you've earned. But it seems that most people that are rich are from rich, and it's so fucked they stay rich today by being worthless. Holy fuck, you think Paris Hilton can party? Sign me up, I'll make that slut look like a 18 y/o on prom night.

But it's so beyond that, I know. It's not that easy. You can't just become America's favorite wasted story unless you come from a lot of money, or your band made a hit song. To me that's almost a fucking shame. I mean to have something to offer, even if it's nothing but a buzz is enough for some, but then there's a few like me that have a massive buzz to offer and my entire soul, I don't know. That's a hell of a thing to me. But what do I know, I mean really? I'm almost 40... What do I know? Sure, I have learned some things, but have I learned something?

The glance over at the Kia blasting "Nigga, Nigga, Nigga" to a blown out speaker system with some 18 year old MAN?/KID? that has no idea how much people have given up over the last 50 years to give him that freedom. I've never had a slave. If the pain of the past is too much for some to get over then leave, or maybe we should kill them. I know for a fact that most black people that I've met might not trust white people 100%, but that's diredted toward the government. Not some kid on the corner. Truth is it doesn't matter. Let'em be pissed. Hate me. Atleast they have a reason. I hate this whole fucking world and some would say I have no reason. Fucking hate me b/c I'm white? Well fucking A, I hate the BS too.

The same day that our fearless leader, Mr. Dubya told the US population, in his first press conference in 2 months, that when it comes to our constitutional right to privacy that the American people need to "suck it up" because the government knows what's best for you... (Holy fuck, how much more 1984 can you get?) A report was released that shows that countries he went on to vilify in this press conference actually are more free than the US. While he stood there defending laws that he has put into place that takes away some of the very basic rights this country was based on, telling us it's for our own good, our safety, this report shows us where the real dictator lives....

Maybe I'm playing it up, but it seems to me that over the last few years the situation in the US has gone from pretty bad to down right shitty. I urge everyone reading these words to not only to check out a few links I'm about to post, but share them with your family and friends. I can't say for sure I agree/believe every word of what these people are saying, but some of the subjects that they cover it really makes sense. I mean really, do you really think every part of the government is on the up and up? We all know that the people that are in power are just that, people. Anyways, here's the news story about the prison population in the US. And the thing to remember is this number is those just in jail/prison. This has nothing to do with the millions of people tied up in our legal system on probation etc...

US jail numbers at all-time high

A new study of US prisons has found that numbers of people in jail are at an all-time high, with more than 1% of the adult population behind bars. The Pew Center report calls the US the global leader in the rate at which it imprisons its citizens. Over 2.3 million people were being held this year, it said - far ahead of other countries with large prison populations like China, Russia and Iran. The report called for fewer low-risk offenders to be sent to jail.

Soaring costs

It claims that the growing prison population "is saddling cash-strapped states with soaring costs they can ill afford, and failing to have a clear impact either on recidivism or overall crime". With 750 inmates per 100,000 people, imprisonment cost the 50 states more than $49bn last year, up from less than $11bn 20 years earlier. The rate of increase for prison costs was found to be six times greater than for higher education spending.

According to the Pew Center study, the higher rates of incarceration did not reflect a similar increase in crime, or in population, but tougher sentencing measures. Some states, though, such as Texas and Kansas, have acted to slow their prison population growth, with greater use of community supervision for lower-risk offenders, and sanctions other than prison for minor probation and parole violations.

Disproportionate numbers

The numbers were "especially startling", according to the Pew Center report, for some groups in the population. "While one in 30 men between the ages of 20 and 34 is behind bars, for black males in that age group the figure is one in nine." The total of 2.3 million adults held in prison - or one in every 99.1 adults - puts the US far head of other countries. China, with its far greater population, has 1.5 million people behind bars, and Russia has 890,000.
